White as Snow Cleaning and More is a residential cleaning company specializing in recurring services and general household maintenance. While we strive to accommodate a wide range of cleaning needs, we do not provide junk removal, hazmat or hazardous material cleanup. This includes any services involving the remediation of biological, chemical, radiological, or physical hazards that may pose a risk to humans, animals, or the environment.

Payment & Access Policy: By scheduling a cleaning service with WASCAM, the client agrees to the following terms. All payments for scheduled services are non-refundable. If our cleaning team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time due to client absence, failure to provide access (including keys, entry codes, or other required access methods), or any circumstances beyond our control, no refund or credit will be issued. In such cases and at our sole discretion we may reschedule the service for a mutually agreed-upon date and time, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy - Recurring Clean Discount: WASCAM offers discounted pricing for clients who commit to recurring cleaning services. If a client cancels their recurring services before the second scheduled visit, the discounted rate will be voided. The initial cleaning will then be charged at the standard one-time rate. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team and allows us to continue providing reliable, high-quality service. Clients must provide 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with insufficient notice will incur a $25 service fee.
