We appreciate your decision to trust White as Snow Cleaning and More, your locally owned and operated residential and commercial cleaning service. Our mission is to deliver dependable, top-quality cleaning that transforms your home or business into a spotless, stress-free haven. By scheduling or utilizing our services, you (referred to as “Client” or “Customer”) acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

 1. Scope of Services 

White as Snow Cleaning and More provides comprehensive general household cleaning services, including recurring cleaning plans to maintain a clean and hygienic home environment. These services may encompass tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and other essential cleaning duties outlined during the booking process.

**Please Note:

Price estimates are subject to adjustment based on the initial condition of the residence. A final quote will be provided after an onsite or virtual assessment, if needed.

The following services are NOT offered by White as Snow Cleaning and More:

  • Remediation of hazardous materials
  • Hoarding cleanup
  • Cleanup involving bio-hazardous materials, chemicals, or bodily fluids
  • Mold remediation
  • Pest infestation cleaning

Our team does not handle cleanup involving any hazardous substances—biological, chemical, radiological, or otherwise—that pose risks to people, animals, or the environment. We maintain the authority to decline service requests deemed unsafe or outside our scope of operations.

2. Access and Entry Policy

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Providing access via door key, code, or other means
  • Securing or properly managing pets
  • Communicating parking instructions, where applicable

If access is not provided at the scheduled time, the appointment will be marked as missed, and refunds or credits will not be issued. Upon request, appointments may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time, subject to availability.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments for scheduled services are non-refundable.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.
  • For recurring services, automatic billing may be conducted through secure payment methods on file.
  • Services will be immediately paused for non-payment or declined transactions until the balance is cleared.

4. Cancellation Policy – Recurring Service Discount

We offer special discounted rates for clients who commit to recurring cleanings. However, if you opt for this discounted plan and cancel before your second scheduled visit, the discount will no longer apply. Instead, the standard one-time cleaning rate of $0.15 per square foot will be charged for your initial service.

This policy ensures fairness for both our staff and clients while allowing us to uphold exceptional service standards. For cancellations or rescheduling requests, please provide notice at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. A late notice cancellation will incur a $25 service fee.

5. Non-Solicitation of Staff

Our employees are bound by a formal non-compete and non-solicitation agreement as part of their employment terms. Clients are prohibited from soliciting or directly hiring current or former White as Snow Cleaning and More employees for personal services outside our company. Breaching this policy constitutes a violation of our terms and could result in immediate termination of the staff member involved.

To maintain professional standards and ensure service quality continuity, all communication and booking must occur through our office. Thank you for respecting these boundaries.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any aspect of your cleaning fails to meet expectations, inform us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will promptly strive to resolve the matter in a reasonable manner. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion but are not a guaranteed outcome.

7. Damages and Liability

White as Snow Cleaning and More is fully licensed and insured, and we exercise great care when cleaning your home. However, should accidental property damage occur:

  • We will assess the situation and provide compensation or repairs if found at fault.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours following your cleaning appointment.

Please note that we are not liable for:

  • Damage existing prior to our service or caused by general wear and tear
  • Items that are improperly secured or attached (e.g., loose shelves or artwork)
  • Fragile or antique valuables not disclosed before service

It is your responsibility as the client to inform us of any high-value or delicate items requiring specialized attention in advance of our visit.

8. Pets and Children

We welcome pets but kindly request that they be safely secured or appropriately supervised during your cleaning appointment for everyone’s well-being. Similarly, children should be supervised and kept out of the immediate work area during the cleaning process to ensure safety and efficiency.

9. Weather and Safety Policy

In the event of severe weather conditions or any unsafe circumstances (e.g., flooding, power outages, natural disasters), White as Snow Cleaning and More reserves the right to reschedule appointments for the safety of both clients and employees. Your understanding in these situations is greatly appreciated as we value safety above all else.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We maintain the right to decline service under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Unsafe or hazardous working environments
  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct
  • Misrepresentation of the property’s condition for cleaning
  • Requests for tasks beyond the agreed service scope

11. Legal Compliance

By utilizing our services, you agree not to directly solicit, hire, or engage any White as Snow Cleaning and More employee for private cleaning work during their tenure with us or within 12 months after their employment ends.

12. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. All client information is treated as confidential and is strictly used to facilitate cleaning services and communicate regarding your appointments. We do not disclose, sell, or share your information with third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

White as Snow Cleaning and More reserves the right to revise or update these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you consent to and accept the updated terms.
